These Terms govern your use of EasyDrums, operated by Sierra Chica Software SL.

1. Use of the App

EasyDrums is an educational app designed to help users learn and practice drums through beginner lessons, grooves, fills, and rudiments.

2. Eligibility

If you are under the required legal age, use must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled via app stores and RevenueCat.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

We do not process payments directly and do not store payment card details.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Some subscription plans may include a free trial or promotional offer. After the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, lessons, exercises, graphics, audio, and software belong to Sierra Chica Software SL or its licensors. The app is for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app, or use it for illegal purposes.

8. Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time.

9. Educational Purpose

EasyDrums is provided for educational and practice purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning results or musical outcomes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
